Depending on the individual goals of my clients I facilitate a learning process using different forms of touch, coaching, and movement. I work with the body-mind connection to help clients create powerful and lasting changes in their life. Both on a physical and emotional level.
Somatic Bodywork can help you to connect to yourself more fully and find your inner sense of strength and purpose.
By reconnecting to our body in a safe space and integrating our past we can release stuck emotions, trauma, anxiety, and physical tensions and use the released energy to create the life we want.
